El mundo atraviesa tiempos de escasez y aún falta concienciar sobre la importancia de cuidar recursos básicos para la vida como el agua y el petróleo, el Encuentro del Canto Popular no pretende imponer reglas o comportamientos pero si queremos traerles una vez más la renovación a través del canto de una comunidad y un pueblo conciente y preocupado por su presente y su porvenir. Es así que celebramos las diferencias de nuestros pueblos e invitamos a la conservación de nuestro planeta para asegurar una
vida sana pues sabemos que sin vida no habrá lucha por ese mundo justo que tanto deseamos.
El planeta llora y el Encuentro canta con la certeza de que nuestro canto es siempre renovable.

The world crosses times of shortage and still lacks to make aware on the basic importance to take care of resources for the life as the water and the petroleum, the Ecuentro del Canto Popular does not intend to impose rules or behaviors but if we want to bring them once more the renewal through the song of a community and a town concious and worried about his present and his future. He is so we celebrate the differences of our towns and we invite to the conservation of our planet to assure a healthy life therefore we know that without life there will not be fight by that just world that so much we desire. The planet cries and the Encuentro sings with the certainty that our song is always renewable.
